Andria Barrett is the Founder of the Diversity Agency a Speaker’s Bureau and works with a team that specializes in facilitating workshops in Unconscious Bias & Anti-Black racism. She also assists companies interested in marketing to Black Consumers, Entrepreneurs and Black Communities.
As CEO of The Diversity Agency, Andria is an accomplished Speaker & Trainer. With a background in Technology as a Business Analyst & Software Trainer for various clients, around the world, Andria has conducted numerous training and consulting assignments for corporations, municipal and provincial governments and agencies and has completed the Black Governance & Leadership Training in Toronto.
Andria has contributed and participated on economic recovery roundtables in Toronto, Mississauga & Brampton and has previously organized a roundtable with previous Minister of Finance, Hon. Rod Phillips.
Andria has participated in consultation with various levels of government and was part of the team that provided input on the $221 million-dollar Black Entrepreneurship Fund announced by the Federal Government of Canada.
Andria has recently completed the Essentials of Modern Board training with Capacity Canada and Manulife Board Governance Bootcamp.
