One Love

“Mi deh yah fi remind yuh: yuh loved, yuh seen, an’ yuh matter.”

Welcome to One Love, a space created for you — the parents, caregivers, and champions behind every child’s journey. This is where we gather encouragement, stories, and reflections from our community. It’s a place to pause, breathe, and remember that you’re not in this alone.

We begin with a beautiful poem from one of our own, Patricia South, a proud member of the PACE family. Her poem “Look At Me! I Am Three…” celebrates early learning, joyful milestones, and the powerful impact of support and community.

“The greatness of a man is not in how much wealth he acquires, but in his integrity and his ability to affect those around him positively.”

— Bob Marley

As the page grows, more voices will join Patricia’s. Parents, educators, and friends will share poems, letters, and messages filled with love, humour, and hope. Every word will remind someone that what they do matters, even when it feels hard to see.

You are seen.
You are doing well.
You belong here.

One Love.

Look at me! I am three…

Look at me! I am three!
Learning my letters ABC
New crayons and pencils just for me!

Look some more! I am four!
In a classroom with storybooks galore
Filled with pictures and Jamaican folklore!

Look at me thrive! I am five!
So happy when packages from PACE arrive!
Gifts from Canada keeping learning alive!

Six years old now and my smile is so wide
When “Tech di Bus” come to visit with computers inside!

PACE Canada

Thank you dear friends for all that you do
And when you want to get warm, come visit us too!
