Peter is a retired owner and consultant of the fast food, casual dining, convenience, liquor store and fuel industries. I currently occupy my time as a destination consultant for major brands who relocate their staff to the GTA.

Seeing the businesses, I assisted with the people I trained and managed achieve great growth and success has been my greatest reward.

In my personal time I enjoy travelling during the winter months and playing golf in the summer.
