PACE Patron Kamala-Jean Gopie Builds School in Malawi

Kamala-Jean Gopie won a trip for two at the Planet Africa Awards live auction, and while vacationing in South Africa with her sister-in-law she was bowled over by a young Malawian working in Capetown to support himself and family back home.

This informal conversation eventually led to a school being built in his village in Malosa. The students under the age of 12 will be taught in their own language.
